我中心自1986年～1988年5月止共治疗317例男性不育病人。现分析如下:临床资料一、一般情况:317例中汉族291人,蒙族2工人,满族3人,回族2人。二、年龄:最大42岁,最小22岁。其中20～25岁者66例,26～29岁147例,30～39岁99例,≥40岁5例。三、婚龄:2～4年者216例,5～10年82例,11～15年14例,≥16年5例。四、精液分析:本组有203例作此检查。1.精液量:<1ml者28例(13.8％), 1～3ml者155例(76.4％),3.1～7ml者18例(8.9％),>7ml者2例(0.9％)2.精子计数:≤10×10~6/ml者63例(31.1％),10.01～20×10~6/ml者12例(5.9％),
