本文介绍一种新型传感器：Ｚ元件，简述其种类和特点。着重介绍力敏Ｚ元件的制备、机理和特性。该元件能够将力值直接转换为较大的电压值，因此，无须放大。其应用电路极其简单。另外，对其应用也进行了阐述。
This article describes a new type of sensor: the Z component, briefly describing its type and characteristics. It focuses on the preparation, mechanism and characteristic of Z-sensitive element. The element can directly convert the force value to a larger voltage value, so there is no need to zoom in. Its application circuit is extremely simple. In addition, its application is also described.
