钢结构在国防科研项目大型实验室较为常见,其吊装是施工的一项重点和难点工作。应用虚拟仿真技术加以辅助,能保证工程更加安全顺利地进行。传统的虚拟施工仿真平台缺乏人机交互的良好操作界面,也无法很好地实现与力学仿真的集成。在此提出一种基于二维和三维的交互式数据仿真平台解决方案,将二维作为控制平台,三维作为显示平台,构建二维与三维的数据交互体系,集成交互式操作界面和力学数据接口,实现用户对虚拟吊装施工过程更为有效的控制。通过某实际案例检验,效果显著。
Steel structures are more common in large-scale national defense scientific research laboratories. Hoisting is a key and difficult task in construction. Application of virtual simulation technology to be assisted, to ensure the project more safely and smoothly. The traditional virtual construction simulation platform lacks the good operation interface of human-machine interaction and can not well integrate with mechanical simulation. In this paper, a two-dimensional and three-dimensional interactive data simulation platform solution is proposed. Two-dimensional as a control platform and three-dimensional as a display platform to build two-dimensional and three-dimensional data interaction system, integrated interactive user interface and mechanical data interface , To achieve the user’s virtual hoisting construction process more effective control. Through a practical case test, the effect is remarkable.
