所谓激励教学法,就是激发鼓励人的行为动机,使人做出努力行为,从而有效完成预定目标的过程,也就是调动人的积极性和兴趣性,把管理心理学中的激励运用到教学中,激励学生学习,培养学生的学习兴趣,从而提高学生学习效率。疾病概要是一门复杂而抽象的临床医学课程,一些学生望而生畏。那么,如何激发和培养学生学习的兴趣呢?笔者通过长期的研究和探索,学习和总结了同行的经验,深深地认识到,管理心理学中的激励法是培养学生学习兴趣和赏识学生的重要方法,而兴趣则是点燃知识的火花,是走向成功的阶梯,兴趣是最好的老师。通过近几年的实践证明,激励教学法好比给予了学生学好疾病概要的灵丹妙药。灵活运用激励教学法,把激励教学法贯穿于整个教学环节之中,课堂气氛异常活跃。建立以人为本的理念,较大地提高了教育教学的质量,学生的考试成绩有了显著的提高。
