目的:分析我院门诊药房处方干预的加强措施,探讨干预重点。方法:选取2014年的1月~2014的年12月我院门诊药房开具并留存的921张处方及2015年的1月请下载后查看,本文暂不支持在线获取查看简介。2015的年12月我院门诊药房开具并留存的955张处方。对比两年度不合理处方发生率。结果:2015年度选取的处方中不合理处方发生率明显低于2014年度(P<0.05)。结论:重视门诊药房处方干预,并采取合理、有效的加强措施,能够促进药师工作能力、责任心、主动服务意识及服务治疗提升,最大程度提高用药安全性。
Objective: To analyze the strengthening measures of prescribing pharmacy in our hospital and discuss the key points of intervention. Methods: We selected 921 prescriptions issued and retained by our outpatient pharmacy in January 2014 to December 2014 and downloaded in January 2015. This article does not support online access for the introduction. In 2015, 955 prescriptions were issued and retained by our outpatient pharmacy in December of this year. Compare the two-year incidence of unreasonable prescriptions. Results: The incidence of unreasonable prescriptions in the prescriptions selected in 2015 was significantly lower than that of 2014 (P <0.05). Conclusion: Emphasis on outpatient pharmacy prescription interventions, and to take reasonable and effective measures to strengthen, to promote the working ability of pharmacists, sense of responsibility, active service awareness and service improvement, to maximize drug safety.
