目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者血清瘦素、HIF-α及炎症因子水平变化,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择妊娠期糖尿病患者190例,以同期健康体检者120例为对照组,非妊娠糖尿病患者120例为单纯糖尿病组。比较三组患者血清瘦素、HIF-α、炎症因子的水平。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病组血清瘦素及其受体、HIF-α和炎症因子IL-1、IL-2、IL-3、IL-6及IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.01),氧化还原酶MDA水平明显升高,而SOD、CAT和GSHPX明显降低(P<0.01),且NADPH氧化酶亚基表达均明显升高(P<0.01);同时,与单纯糖尿病组相比,妊娠期糖尿病患者的上述分子异常更明显(P<0.01)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者体内存在明显的瘦素系统异常和炎症反应,且此过程可能与患者体内氧化应激过程相关。
Objective To analyze the changes of serum leptin, HIF-α and inflammatory cytokines in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 190 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (DM) were selected as control group and 120 healthy non-pregnant women with diabetes as control group. The levels of serum leptin, HIF-α, and inflammatory cytokines were compared among the three groups. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum leptin and its receptor, HIF-αand inflammatory cytokines IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, IL-6 and IL-10 in diabetic group were significantly increased ), Oxidoreductase MDA level increased significantly, and SOD, CAT and GSHPX decreased significantly (P <0.01), and NADPH oxidase subunit expression were significantly increased (P <0.01); the same time, compared with simple diabetic group , Abnormal gestational diabetes in patients with the above-mentioned molecules more obvious (P <0.01). Conclusion There are obvious leptin system abnormalities and inflammatory reactions in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, and this process may be related to the process of oxidative stress in patients.
