人才是企业发展的根本,没有人才的企业是无法在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利的位置,而人才与企业整体发展之间矛盾也越来越深化,导致企业人才流动频繁,因此,企业怎样留住人才,扭转人才流失的局面是其急需要解决的主要问题。为此,笔者以此为出发点,从人才的重要性、企业人才流失的原因以及采取的应对措施进行简单的分析,以此来促进企业解决有关人才方面的问题,促进企业的进步与发展。
