采用低温燃烧合成了SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料,其发射波长为514 nm,2个主要激发波长为325 nm和365 nm,发光颜色为黄绿色。XRD分析表明产品的基质晶相为单斜晶系的SrAl2O4(PDF卡号:34-0379),晶粒尺寸为36.6 nm。研究了影响燃烧过程的因素,结果表明:燃烧过程主要受控于点火温度、原料配比和尿素用量等因素,低温燃烧合成方法具有点火温度低(550℃),能够简便、快捷地得到疏松、易粉碎的样品,不需要气氛保护,节能的优点。
SrAl2O4: Eu2 +, Dy3 + phosphor was synthesized by low temperature combustion. Its emission wavelength is 514 nm. The two main excitation wavelengths are 325 nm and 365 nm. The luminescent color is yellow-green. XRD analysis shows that the matrix phase of the product is monoclinic SrAl2O4 (PDF: 34-0379) with a grain size of 36.6 nm. The factors affecting the combustion process were studied. The results show that the combustion process is mainly controlled by the ignition temperature, the ratio of raw materials and the amount of urea. The low temperature combustion (550 ℃) has low ignition temperature and can be easily and quickly loosened, Easy to crush the sample, does not require atmosphere protection, energy saving advantages.
