一、前言目前,耐化学腐蚀的钢种及焊接填充材料已在从化工设备到核反应堆的很广泛的范围内获得了应用。近年来,该材料用途的扩大及对其提出的特殊要求导致了这类钢及焊接填充材料的改进和新发展。其中最重要的是良好的耐腐蚀性能的获得。除了质的决定性因素“耐腐蚀性”之外,力学性能指标从结构设计和经济性来看也显得日益重要。本报告介绍了两种化学成分和组织结构不同的用于焊接同类钢种的耐腐蚀高强度CrNiMo焊缝金属合金。
I. INTRODUCTION Currently, chemically resistant grades and filler materials have been used in a wide range of applications ranging from chemical plants to nuclear reactors. In recent years, the expansion of the use of this material and its special requirements have led to the improvement and new development of such steel and welding filler materials. The most important of these are good corrosion resistance. In addition to the decisive factor “corrosion resistance”, the mechanical properties are of increasing importance in terms of structural design and economy. This report describes two different corrosion-resistant, high-strength CrNiMo weld metal alloys of the same chemical composition and structure for welding similar steels.
