目的:为钟乳石炮制机理的初步探讨奠定基础。方法:对10批主产地的钟乳石生品、炮制品进行电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析,比较钟乳石炮制前后微量元素的变化情况。结果:找出钟乳石生品及炮制品中特征共有无机元素,并作为它们成分分析的主要研究对象。结论:钟乳石经炮制后,其所含元素的数目和比例均发生了改变,这些可能是导致钟乳石生品和炮制品药理药效及生物活性不同的重要因素;同时,在钟乳石炮制品中Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu、As均符合限量规定,这也说明炮制有减毒作用。
Objective: To lay a foundation for the preliminary discussion on the mechanism of stalactite processing. Methods: Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was used to analyze the stalactites and processed products of 10 batches of the main producing areas. The changes of trace elements before and after the processing of stalactites were compared. Results: To identify the common inorganic elements in the stalactites and processed products, and as the main object of their component analysis. Conclusion: The numbers and proportions of the elements contained in stalactites changed after being processed, which may be the important factors that led to different pharmacological effects and bioactivities of stalactites and processed products. In the meantime, the contents of Pb, Cd, Hg, Cu, As are in line with the limited provisions, which also shows that processing has attenuated effect.
