细胞色素P450药物氧化酶(CYP)在生物体内分布广泛,是微粒体混合功能氧化酶中最重要的一族氧化酶。多态性现象决定了CYP对特定的外来化合物及内源性物质在反应上的差异,即表现为个体对致癌物的不同易感性。文章就近年来CYP基因﹑基因多态性的研究现状及CYP1A1﹑CYP1B1﹑CYP3A﹑CYP17和CYP19的遗传多态性与乳腺癌易感性的研究进展作一综述。
Cytochrome P450 drug oxidase (CYP) is widely distributed in organisms and is the most important family of oxidases in microsomal mixed-function oxidases. Polymorphism determines the CYP response to specific foreign compounds and endogenous substances, that is, the individual showed different susceptibilities to carcinogens. In this paper, the current research status of CYP gene and gene polymorphism and the progress of genetic polymorphisms of CYP1A1, CYP1B1, CYP3A, CYP17 and CYP19 and susceptibility to breast cancer are reviewed.
