本文从实用的角度探讨了TDC-3000LCN/UCN系统控制方案组态的方法。提出了控制方案的基本原则——保证控制方案组态的正确性;保证控制系统的操作可靠性;保证控制系统的操作等效性;尽可能地保证控制系统的简化性。阐明了正确地使用调节PV点、控制点、注意控制点之间的连续方式,尽量避免分枝结构是控制方案组态中的几条经验性规律。通过串级与主参数单控切换控制方案、三冲量控制方案组态的典型示例,说明了TDC-3000LCN/UCN系统的控制方案组态相当灵活,可以用多种方式来实现同一控制方案。
