为了减缓传统半刚性基层收缩开裂和路面反射裂缝,采用逐级填充法和n法分别设计粗、细集料级配,利用无侧限抗压强度试验和干缩试验控制粗、细集料比例,形成两种设计级配下的骨架密实型级配碎石材料。通过强度试验,对比分析设计级配下与规范级配中值下水泥微黏结碎石的力学性能,最后进行冻融循环试验、水稳定性试验、干缩试验,分析试件路用性能随水泥剂量增加的变化规律。结果表明:推荐级配下的水泥微黏结碎石具有良好的路用性能,进而验证了提出的设计级配的优越性;并确定水泥微黏结级配碎石合理水泥剂量为3.0%。
In order to reduce the traditional semi-rigid basement shrinkage cracking and pavement reflection cracks, the gradual filling method and the n method were used to design coarse and fine aggregate gradation respectively.
