In the research work on human chromosomes, in order to exclude the interference of exogenous factors, it is necessary to select the appropriate individuals in the normal population chromosomal natural aberration rate observation. In this paper, the use of human peripheral blood cells cultured in vitro chromosomal observation and analysis of the results obtained show that human cells exposed to radiation damage chromosome aberration and radiation dose within a certain range has a considerable correspondence. Therefore, the nature and frequency of chromosomal aberrations can be used to determine the extent of the human body affected by the radiation and to understand the condition after the pre-treatment. This article highlights the work in this area.
