目的分析达芬奇机器人微创食管癌根治手术的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析2010年8月至2015年6月我科行达芬奇微创食管癌根治术79例患者的临床资料。其中男43例、女36例,平均年龄62岁。分析其临床效果。结果平均手术时间245(170~330)min,其中胸部手术时间为49(25~95)min,腹部手术时间为43(23~98)min;术中出血量75(20~310)ml,住院时间为10.2(7~26)d。围手术期死亡2例,14例(17.7%)患者发生术后并发症。平均每例患者清扫淋巴结20.7枚,其中胸部10.9枚,腹部9.6枚。结论达芬奇机器人微创食管癌在技术上安全可行,并能降低肺部并发症的发生,患者恢复快,损伤小。
Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of Da Vinci robotic minimally invasive esophageal cancer radical surgery. Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with minimally invasive esophageal cancer treated with da Vinci from August 2010 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 43 males and 36 females, with an average age of 62 years. Analyze its clinical effect. Results The average operative time was 245 (170-330) min, including chest operation time 49 (25-95) min and abdominal operation time 43 (23-98) min. The intraoperative blood loss was 75 (20-310) ml and hospitalized Time is 10.2 (7 ~ 26) d. Perioperative death in 2 cases, 14 cases (17.7%) patients with postoperative complications. On average, 20.7 lymph nodes were dissected per patient, of which 10.9 were chest and 9.6 belly. Conclusion Da Vinci robotic minimally invasive esophageal cancer is technically safe and feasible, and can reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications, patients recover faster, less damage.
