目前,矸石砖的生产还有一些技术问题未能完全解决,尤其是煤矸石含硫量稍高时,便难以利用。因为砖坯中的硫分在高温焙烧作用下生成SO_2,大量SO_2气体的逸出,不仅会造成砖坯体积膨胀以致溃裂,而且,还由于SO_2气体易溶于水,与窑内大量的水蒸汽作用,产生雾状硫酸而腐蚀设备;同时,矸石中的SO_4—与碱金属(钾、钠)和镁等作用生成可溶性硫酸盐,使砖在干湿交替变化时结构受到破坏,性能变差。因此,有必要研究出新的工艺以解决上述问题,并提高砖的质量,为利用高硫煤矸石资源创造条件。
At present, there are still some technical problems in the production of gangue bricks that have not been completely resolved. In particular, when coal gangue contains a slightly higher sulphur content, it is difficult to use. Because the sulfur in brick bricks generates SO 2 under high-temperature roasting, the escape of large amounts of SO 2 gas will not only cause the volume expansion of brick bricks, resulting in cracking, but also because SO 2 gas is easily soluble in water and interacts with large amounts of water vapor in the kiln. Sulfuric acid is generated and the equipment is corroded; at the same time, the SO 4 in the vermiculite reacts with alkali metals (potassium, sodium) and magnesium to form soluble sulfate, and the structure is damaged when the brick is alternately dry and wet, and the performance is deteriorated. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new processes to solve the above problems and improve the quality of bricks to create conditions for the utilization of high-sulfur coal gangue resources.
