众所周知减水剂是一种在维持混凝土坍落度不变的条件下,能减少拌合用水量的混凝土外加剂。大多属于阴离子表面活性剂,有木质素磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛聚合物等。加入混凝土拌合物后对水泥颗粒有分散作用,能改善其工作性,减少单位用水量,改善混凝土拌合物的流动性;或减少单位水泥用量,节约水泥。然而不同的减水剂对混凝土拌合物的产生效应也不同,敏感性也不相近似。本文就萘系(FDN)高效减水剂和两种聚羧酸系(HW-1和HS-1)进行试验,检验不同的减水剂对混凝土拌合物坍落度和强度的影响。
It is well-known that water-reducing admixtures are concrete admixtures that reduce the amount of mixing water while maintaining the same slump of concrete. Mostly belong to anionic surfactants, lignin sulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde polymer. After adding the concrete mixture to the dispersion of cement particles, can improve its workability, reduce unit water consumption, improve the fluidity of concrete mixture; or reduce the amount of cement per unit, saving the cement. However, the effect of different water-reducing admixtures on the concrete mixture is also different, the sensitivity is not similar. In this paper, naphthalene (FDN) superplasticizer and two kinds of polycarboxylic acid (HW-1 and HS-1) were tested to test the influence of different superplasticizers on the slump and strength of concrete mixture.
