小鼠的继发性细粒棘球蚴囊组织,经用0.25%胰蛋白酶溶液消化和密度梯度离心,可获得分离的生发细胞。此种细胞在含20%小牛血清的RPMI1640中培养约7d后开始增殖,增殖后的细胞表面光滑,形体增大。免疫学检测显示生发细胞的表面及其可溶性蛋白中有抗原成分。将培养的生发细胞返种至小鼠腹腔中时,少数可发育成囊。
Secondary mouse cystic hydatid cyst tissue, with 0.25% trypsin digestion and density gradient centrifugation, isolated germinal cells can be obtained. The cells started to proliferate in RPMI1640 containing 20% fetal calf serum for about 7 days. The proliferated cells had a smooth surface and increased body size. Immunological tests showed that the surface of germinal cells and soluble proteins have antigenic components. When cultured germinal cells are returned to the abdominal cavity of mice, a few can develop into sacs.
