[目的]进行妇女骨质疏松过程的数值模拟.[方法]应用带有力学调控系统的各向异性骨再造模型结合有限元法进行研究.[结果]在骨量下降初始阶段,下降平缓,绝经后骨量丢失加速,60岁时,骨量下降25.84%~28.63%,80岁时,骨量下降38.50%~40.44%,上述结果与临床观察结果基本一致.[结论]肌力下降是妇女骨质疏松的主要因素,绝经则加快了妇女骨质疏松的过程.本研究可用于指导临床妇女骨质疏松的防治.
[Objective] To carry out the numerical simulation of the process of osteoporosis in women. [Methods] An anisotropic bone remodeling model with mechanical control system was used in combination with the finite element method. [Results] In the initial stage of bone mass decrease, The bone mass loss was accelerated at 60 years old, the bone mass decreased by 25.84% ~ 28.63%, and the bone mass decreased by 38.50% ~ 40.44% at 80 years old. The results were basically consistent with the clinical observations. [Conclusion] The main factor loose loose, menopause will speed up the process of osteoporosis in women.This study can be used to guide the prevention and treatment of clinical women with osteoporosis.
