目的对消化内科老年住院患者营养不良以及营养风险评估状况进行分析探讨,为今后的临床治疗与护理工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法消化内科老年患者276例,对其采取欧洲营养风险筛查方法展开营养风险筛查,将患者按照居住地分成城市组(109例)和农村组(167例),对这两组患者的筛查结果进行统计分析。结果 276例患者中营养不良状况者66例,发生率为23.91%,存在营养风险者128例,发生率为46.38%。城市组与农村组营养不良及营养风险评估比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科老年患者营养状况较差,且不同地区患者的营养不良发生率存在差异,临床应引起重视,采取积极有效手段改善患者的营养状况。
Objective To analyze the malnutrition and nutritional risk assessment of elderly inpatients with gastroenterology and provide a reliable reference for future clinical treatment and nursing. Methods A total of 276 senile patients with gastroenterology were enrolled in this study. Nutrition risk screening was conducted in European nutrition risk screening. The patients were divided into urban group (109 cases) and rural group (167 cases) according to the place of residence. Check the results for statistical analysis. Results Among 276 cases, 66 cases were malnourished, the incidence rate was 23.91%. There were 128 cases with nutritional risk, the incidence rate was 46.38%. Malnutrition and nutrition risk assessment in urban and rural areas were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The nutritional status of elderly patients in digestive medicine is poor, and the incidence of malnutrition in patients in different areas is different. Clinical should pay attention to it and take active and effective measures to improve the nutritional status of patients.
