目的 了解光固化牙本质粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的效果。方法 比较光固化牙本质粘结剂和局部涂氟化钠即刻、１ 月、１２ 月的疗效。结果 酸处理牙面后再行粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症的近、远期疗效明显优于氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏法（Ｐ＜０ ．０１），非酸处理牙面行粘结剂脱敏的疗效也显著高于氟化钠甘油糊剂（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５），但远期疗效不如酸处理组（ Ｐ＜０ ．０１） 。结论 光固化粘结剂治疗牙本质敏感症疗效好于传统的氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏法，酸处理牙面后行光固化粘结脱敏的远期疗效较好。
Objective To understand the effect of light-cured dentin adhesive in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods Comparing light-cured dentin binders with topically applied sodium fluoride instantly, January, December. RESULTS: The short-term and long-term curative effects of acid-treated adhesive on dentine hypersensitivity were significantly better than that of sodium fluoride glycerol paste desensitization (P <0.01) The efficacy of desensitization was also significantly higher than that of sodium fluoride glycerol paste (P <0 .05), but the long-term efficacy was not as good as the acid treatment group (P <0 .01). Conclusion The efficacy of light-cured adhesives in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity is better than that of traditional sodium fluoride glycerol paste desensitization. The long-term curative effect of light-cured adhesive desensitization after acid treatment is good.
