医院文化做为一种管理哲学是现代医院管理理论的新发展。医院文化建设的发展是新时期思想政治工作向深度和广度发展的结果。以医院文化做为思想政治工作的新载体,努力拓宽思想政治工作的渠道具有重要意义。三年来,天津市卫生行业大力开展医院文化建设活动,取得初步进展,具体做法是:医院精神的设计与培育。一是典型示范,二是目标激励,三是文艺陶冶;医院形象的设计与塑造。一是提高认识,二是内练精气,三是外树形象;医德建设的实践和研究。一是知,即进行医德知识建设。二是规,即进行道德规范建设。三是行,即进行医德行为建设,四是研,即进行医德理论建设。随着医院文化建设的开展,天津市卫生行业的思想政治工作也必将出现一个新的局面。
