(一) 引言所谓惯性摇杆冲击机构,就是利用偏心子回转的惯性力来带动一个做往复运动的摇杆进行冲击工作的一种机构。如图(1)所示偏心子G_1做连续回转运动,则与它相连结的摇杆O_1O_2以O_2为中心做往复摆动,当工作头W向下运动时就可向工作对象冲击一次。蛙式打夯机就是应用这种机构进行冲击工作的一种机械。这种机械在我国各地普遍受到欢迎和推广。它比其它类型冲击工作的夯土机械(如重力式的,内燃式的,振动式的)具有很大的优点。应用此种机构可使整个机械的结构简单、制造容易、夯击力大,并能自行前进而不需专门的行走机构,所以惯性摇杆机构应用在机械上能使机体具有自行性,这是它的一种突出特点。如图(2)所示是我国的一种蛙式打夯机简图。
