近年来，韵律研究日益受到语言学界和言语工程学界的重视。深入全面的理解自然语言的韵律特征无论对语音学研究，还是对提高语音合成的自然度和识别语音的准确性来说，都是至关重要的。韵律标音是在韵律研究的基础上用一套语音符号标注语句中最基本的韵律现象。本文阐述国内外韵律研究和韵律标音的最新进展，并探讨它们对汉语语音研究以及对言语工程发展的意义
In recent years, rhythm research is increasingly valued by linguistics and speech engineering. A thorough understanding of prosodic features of natural language is of crucial importance not only for phonetics but also for improving the naturalness of speech synthesis and recognizing the accuracy of speech. Rhythm prosody is based on prosodic studies using a set of phonetic symbols to mark the most basic rhythm in sentences. This article elaborates the latest developments in rhythm studies and rhythm transcription at home and abroad, and discusses their implications for Chinese phonetics and the development of speech engineering
