男性体内的雌激素少部分由睾丸间质细胞和支持细胞分泌,其余由雄激素在外周组织中芳香化而来,其中芳香化酶是雄激素转化为雌激素过程中的关键酶,由CYP19基因表达。本文主要通过文献综述法对肥胖男性体内胰高血糖素和胰岛素浓度、敏感性改变引起的c AMP/PKA/CREB通路变化而导致的雄性激素雌性化的相关机制进行综述分析。
Male part of the estrogen secretion by a small part of the testicular stromal cells and supporting cells, and the rest from the androgen in the peripheral tissues of aromatase, which is the key enzyme in the conversion of androgens into estrogen by the CYP19 gene expression . In this review, we summarize and analyze the related mechanisms of estrogen-induced androgen-induced changes in cAMP / PKA / CREB pathway induced by altered glucagon and insulin concentrations in obese men.
