目的探讨临床路径健康教育模式对骨折合并糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法该院将收治的80例骨折合并糖尿病患者(2013年9月—2014年7月期间)区组随机化分组,对照组骨折合并糖尿病患者选择常规性护理,观察组骨折合并糖尿病患者在常规护理的前提下,临床路径健康教育模式进行护理。结果观察组骨折合并糖尿病患者骨折愈合时间、睡眠质量、护理满意度、不良反应发生率、空腹血糖、2 h血糖以及遵医率的数据与对照组患者相比有明显优势,P<0.05。结论对骨折合并糖尿病患者采用临床路径健康教育模式后,可以起到显著的护理效果,无明显不良反应,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical path health education mode on the self-management ability of patients with fracture and diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 80 patients with fractures with diabetes mellitus (between September 2013 and July 2014) were randomized in this hospital. Patients in the control group with conventional fractures and diabetes mellitus received routine nursing. Patients in the observation group with fractures and diabetes mellitus underwent routine nursing Under the premise of clinical path health education model for nursing. Results The data of fracture healing time, quality of sleep, nursing satisfaction, incidence of adverse reactions, fasting blood glucose, blood glucose at 2 hours and compliance rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical path health education mode can play a significant nursing effect on fracture patients with diabetes mellitus, without obvious adverse reactions and high safety.
