如何做好高端教师的培训,一直以来是中小学教师培训工作的难题。本文以温州市“百名领军教师”高级研修项目为例,通过对项目的剖析,就高端教师培训如何彰显“个性”特色以成就教师的个性化发展与大家分享我们的做法,并就高端研修的项目设计提出几点建议。
How to do a good job of training high-end teachers has always been a challenge for primary and secondary school teachers. Taking the “100 Leading Teachers” advanced projects in Wenzhou as an example, this article analyzes how to highlight the “personality” characteristics of high-end teachers through the analysis of the project, and shares our experience with the individualized development of teachers. Put forward some suggestions on the project design of high-end training.
