本文推导和建立了高压先导式溢流阀动态特性的数学模型,经简化得到工程上便于应用的形式。同时,分别给出了导阀和主阀的稳定性判据。应用微计算机对具体阀进行分析得出结构参数对稳定性的影响。试验研究申同时检测导阀芯、主阀芯位移、主阀芯前后腔压力、溢流量五个瞬态量,对分析溢流阀过渡过程特性及结构改进有实际意义。
In this paper, the mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of high-pressure pilot relief valve is deduced and established, which is easy to be applied in engineering. At the same time, the stability criteria of pilot valve and main valve are given respectively. Using the microcomputer to analyze the specific valve, we can get the influence of the structural parameters on the stability. In the experimental study, the simultaneous detection of pilot valve core, main valve core displacement, front and back cavity pressure and overflow volume of main valve core is of five transients. It has practical significance for analyzing the characteristics of transient process and the structural improvement.
