一从宏观的层面上讲,戏曲艺术的发展有两个不能忽视的问题。一是好戏必须流行,不能小众化、圈子化、雅座化,把艺术质量一般的戏炒做成“好”戏。而应大众化、开放化、普通化,让真金(好戏)拿到火里(观众中)去炼。好戏必须在空气中流通,不能在真空的实验室里由几个科研人员呵护生存。搞研究可以如此,搞创作这样不行。二是要重视戏曲原创工作。这是我要谈的主要问题。所谓原创,顾名思义,即指原始创作。它是具有戏曲艺术创作发明专利权的,具有独立的知识产权的创作。实际上,我们任意抽取在戏曲舞台上演
