造就一支高素质的文秘队伍,优质高效地搞好“三服务”,是新形势下做好党委办公室工作的客观要求。1997年,我们从优化文秘人员结构入手,面向社会,经过初试、复试、面试、考察等程序公开考选了12名文秘人员,明显改善了文秘队伍整体素质,提高了办公室工作水平。一、主要做法较大规模地向社会公开招考文秘人员在我市尚属首次,受到各方面的关注,成功与否都会在社会上产生较大反响。为切实做好这次考选工作,我们成立了专门班子,制定了详细方案,做了大量细致的工作。

In order to do a good job in this examination, we set up a special team, worked out a detailed plan and did a great deal of meticulous work.
