现在的沥青洒布车喷嘴气缸有装配式和焊接式2种。装配式喷嘴气缸的端面多依靠氟橡胶(FKM)耐高温O形圈来实现密封,其具有拆卸简便、维修成本低的优点。焊接式喷嘴气缸密封效果良好,整体性能较高,渗漏故障率较低,但维修成本较高。这2种喷嘴气缸结构均存在渗漏、堵塞等缺点,不能满足新养护技术标准的要求。本文针对装配式喷嘴气缸的缺点,对以下部位进行了改进。
The current asphalt sprinkler nozzle cylinder assembly and welding 2 kinds. Assembled nozzle cylinder end rely on fluorine rubber (FKM) O-ring to achieve high temperature seal, which has the advantages of easy disassembly, low maintenance costs. Welded nozzle cylinder sealing effect is good, the overall performance is higher, leakage failure rate is lower, but the higher maintenance costs. These two kinds of nozzle cylinder structure are the existence of leakage, plug and other shortcomings, can not meet the requirements of the new conservation technology standards. This article aimed at the shortcomings of the nozzle assembly of the nozzle, the following parts have been improved.
