本文在分析现有剃齿法及标准剃齿刀的基础上,着重指出了现有标准剃齿刀存在的问题,如产生齿形中凹,切削刃光滑度较差,使用寿命较低等,这些问题都是国内外长期以来极待解决而又未能解决好。在分析现存问题的基础上,研制了一种新型的剃齿刀——可调式叠片剃齿刀,它结构新颖,性能可靠,基础上解决了标准剃齿刀所存在的问题。文中对这种新型剃齿刀的结构、性能作了介绍和必要的分析计算,还将这种剃齿刀在生产条件下进行了试验,试验结果良好。最后,文中还对引起齿形中凹误差的原因进行了理论分析,介绍了消除的方法。
Based on the analysis of the existing shaving method and the standard shaving cutter, the problems of the existing standard shaving cutter are highlighted, such as the concave shape of the tooth profile, the poor smoothness of the cutting edge and the low service life, All these problems have long been solved at home and abroad and failed to be solved. Based on the analysis of existing problems, a new type of shaving cutter-adjustable stack shaving cutter has been developed, which has the advantages of novel structure and reliable performance, and solves the problems existing in the standard shaving cutter. In this paper, the structure and performance of this new shaver are introduced and the necessary analysis and calculation are also made. The shaver is also tested under the production conditions and the test result is good. Finally, the paper also makes a theoretical analysis of the causes of concave error in the tooth profile, and introduces the elimination method.
