马比木(Nothapodytespittosporoides)含有重要的抗癌活性成分喜树碱及其甲基衍生物.利用固相微萃取技术(SPME)提取马比木中的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行分离分析,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量.通过计算机检索,鉴定出80个挥发性化学成分,其中主要成分为2-甲基丁醛(4.851%)、2-甲基-2-丁烯醛(3.088%)、己醛(5.780%)、2-呋喃甲醛(40.413%)、(E)-2-己烯醛(6.099%)、3-己烯-1-醇(2.739%)、(Z)-己烯醇(3.260%)、正己醇(11.514%)等.
Nothapodytes pittosporoides contains the important anti-cancer active ingredient camptothecin and its methyl derivatives. The volatile components in the germplasm were extracted by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry GC-MS) were used to separate and analyze their chemical components, and the relative content of each component was determined by the method of chromatographic peak area normalization.According to computer search, 80 volatile chemical components were identified, of which the main components were 2-methylbutyl Aldehyde (4.851%), 2-methyl-2-butenal (3.088%), hexanal (5.780%), 2- furaldehyde (40.413%), (2.739%), (Z) -hexenol (3.260%), n-hexanol (11.514%) and the like.
