以3H-栀子甙为示踪剂,采用整体放射自显影及图像分析技术,观察栀子的有效成分栀子甙在小鼠体内定量分布的动态变化,并探讨与栀子归经理论的关系。结果表明:同一器官的不同示踪时相和同一示踪时相的不同器官,其示踪剂活性强度均呈现极显著性差异(P<0.01);3H-栀子甙在体内具有选择性分布特点,较集中分布于肾、膀胱、肺、胆、肝、肾上腺、小肠、大肠、心脏和胃等器官;其分布特点同栀子归经于心、肝、肺、胃经以及脏腑的络属关系基本相符,首次为栀子传统的归经理论提供了形态学依据。
