目的研究白介素-2对大鼠血中胃泌素和生长抑素水平的影响。方法运用放射免疫分析方法测定分别注射生理盐水(对照组)和两种不同剂量白介素-2(1000U/只、2000U/只)的大鼠血中胃泌素和生长抑素水平。结果低、高剂量白介素-2注射大鼠血中胃泌素水平分别为148.969±20.168ng/L和176.020±27.618ng/L,均明显低于对照组(215.975±30.555ng/L);而低、高剂量白介素-2注射大鼠血中生长抑素水平分别为176.878±50.869ng/L和142.913±46.465ng/L,高于对照组(126.573±42.792ng/L)。结论白介素-2可以降低血中胃泌素水平,升高生长抑素水平。
Objective To study the effect of interleukin-2 on gastrin and somatostatin levels in rats. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of gastrin and somatostatin in blood of rats injected with normal saline (control group) and two different doses of interleukin-2 (1000U / mouse and 2000U / mouse respectively). Results The levels of blood gastrin in the low and high dose interleukin-2 injected rats were 148.969 ± 20.168ng / L and 176.020 ± 27.618ng / L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (215.975 ± 30.555ng / L). However, the levels of somatostatin in the blood of high and low dose interleukin-2 injected rats were 176.878 ± 50.869ng / L and 142.913 ± 46.465ng / L, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group (126.573 ± 42.792 ng / L). Conclusion Interleukin-2 can reduce blood gastrin levels and increase somatostatin levels.
