合作教学主要是应用于学校教学中,在各级学校教学、学科中都有相应的研究论述其研究较为广泛研究结果具有较强的代表性。合作教学在运动训练的应用研究比较狭隘主要的在篮球、排球等团体项目中进行,而针对击剑这类同场对抗的项目的研究基本没有,并不符合时下运动训练多样化的方针要求。为了填补这一教学科研领域的空白笔者以江苏省女子佩剑队的运动员为研究对象改变了传统的教学方法以合作教学为主要教学手段进行了为期6个月的实验教学研究。结果表明合作教学模式对于队员的身体素质、技能水平、技战术运用等技能的增长具有着一定的促进作用,教学气氛活跃可以使得队员更容易接受教练员的训练意识,能更好的融入到教学氛围内与教练员产生互动增强训练效果,提高运动成绩。
Cooperative teaching is mainly used in school teaching, at all levels of teaching in schools, there are corresponding studies in the discipline to discuss its research is more extensive research results have strong representation. The application research of cooperative teaching in sports training is relatively narrow and mainly carried out in the basketball, volleyball and other community projects. However, the research on fencing and other confrontational projects has basically failed to meet the current requirements of the diversified sports training. In order to fill the gap in the field of teaching and research, the author changed the traditional teaching methods by taking the athletes of Jiangsu Women’s Saber team as the research object, and conducted a six-month experimental teaching research with cooperative teaching as the main teaching method. The result shows that cooperative teaching mode can promote the growth of players ’physical quality, skill level and the use of skills and tactics. The active teaching atmosphere can make the team members more easily accept the coaches’ training awareness and better integrate into the teaching Interaction with coaches within the atmosphere to enhance the training effect, improve sports performance.
