中国的改革开放政策和国际交流活动以及当代全球化语境决定了中国少数民族语言教育从以往国家倡导的“民汉兼通”转向“民汉外兼通”。基于文献和实证研究,本文从教育研究中的多语关涉视角和教育实践中的多语模式建构两个角度考察了中国少数民族语文专业(中国少数民族语言文学专业本科和中国少数民族语言文化专业专科)中的多语共时教育发展状况。本文对于重视和研究面向中国少数民族的语言(民族语、汉语和外国语)专业教育内部的多语(民汉外)因素及其和谐生态与互动共促具有重要意义。
China’s policy of reform and opening up and international exchanges and the context of contemporary globalization determine that the language education of ethnic minorities in China has shifted from “people-and-people exchanges ” advocated by past countries to “both for the people and the outside world.” Based on the literature and empirical research, this paper examines the majorities of Chinese minorities’ language major (Chinese Minority Language and Literature major and Chinese Minority Language and Culture Major) from the perspective of multilingualism in education research and the construction of multilingual mode in educational practice Specialist) in the development of multilingual synchronic education. This article is of great significance to emphasize and study the multi-lingual (non-Han Chinese) factors and their harmonious ecology and interaction within the professional education of ethnic minorities in China (nationality, Chinese and foreign languages).
