边远地区的农村中学普遍存在教师严重不足,编制不合理,基础设施薄弱,经济、文化落后,自然环境恶劣等情况;特别是实施“两基”攻坚后学生数量明显增加,出现“超级大班”,学生的文化基础参差不齐,这些情况给开展实验带来了很多困难,教师工作量非常大,非常辛苦。但是为了学生的发展,为了培养更多的创造型人才,同时也是根据化学学科教学
Rural secondary schools in remote areas generally suffer from serious shortages of teachers, irrational preparation, weak infrastructure, backward economy and culture, and poor natural environment. In particular, the number of students after the implementation of the “two basics” has significantly increased, and “super large classes” have emerged. The students’ cultural foundations are uneven, and these conditions have brought a lot of difficulties to the conduct of experiments. The workload of teachers is very large and very hard.
