目的:探讨运用泡沫分离法分离竹节参中皂苷的方法与条件。方法:以富集比、回收率、纯度比为评价指标,对气流速度、进料浓度、pH值、进料量进行单因素考察,研究其对泡沫分离效果的影响。结果:在气体流速为400mL.min-1,进料质量浓度约为0.17g.L-1,进料体积为600mL,pH 4.88时,竹节参皂苷泡沫分离的富集比为5.6,回收率为91.9%,泡沫液总皂苷纯度为67.4%,相比原料液纯度提高2.2倍。结论:泡沫分离技术是一种可用于竹节参中皂苷分离的简便有效方法。
Objective: To explore the method and conditions for the separation of ginseng saponin from Stems by foam separation. Methods: The effects of enrichment ratio, recovery rate and purity ratio were evaluated by single factor test on airflow velocity, feed concentration, pH value and feed amount to study the effect on foam separation efficiency. Results: When the gas flow rate was 400mL.min-1, the feed concentration was about 0.17gL-1, the feed volume was 600mL, the pH was 4.88, the enrichment ratio of Stemona saponin foam was 5.6 and the recovery was 91.9 %, Total purity of foam liquid saponin was 67.4%, compared to the purity of raw material increased by 2.2 times. Conclusion: Foam separation technology is a simple and effective method that can be used for the separation of saponins in bamboo ginseng.
