彻底兑现WTO条款中的各项承诺,使中国企业的国际商务活动在海内外市场面对更加激烈的竞争,国际商务活动的空前高涨又带来了银行业的国际业务竞争的加剧。同时,越来越多的企业在进行国际商务交易时直接通过网络银行进行,这就有必要对这些国际企业采用网络银行的因素进行探讨。本研究将以科技接受模型为指导对这一问题进行理论分析和研究。 Fully fulfilling the promises made in the WTO clauses enables Chinese enterprises to face more intense competition in international business activities both at home and abroad. The unprecedented rise of international business activities has brought about the aggravation of competition in the international business of the banking industry. At the same time, more and more enterprises directly conduct online business transactions in international banks, which makes it necessary to explore the factors that these international enterprises adopt online banking. This research will take the science and technology acceptance model as the guidance to carry on the theoretical analysis and the research to this question.
