介绍了国内、国外海滨砂矿精选发展概况,提出了以湿式作业为主的精选新工艺.对独居石、锆石、钛铁矿在浮选过程中的行为和作用机理进行了分析.工业试验的结果是,钛铁矿精矿品位49.97%TiO2,其回收率87.38%;锆石精矿1,2品位分别为65.11%,61.52%ZrO2,其回收率分别为44.16%,27.08%,独居石精矿品位65.56%TREO,其回收率60.45%.同原工艺流程相比,其回收率分别提高10%TiO2,30%ZrO2,20%TREO,试验结果为流程改造提供了科学依据.
Introduced the domestic and foreign seashore sand concentrate selection development overview, put forward to the wet operation of the selected new technology. The behavior and mechanism of monazite, zircon and ilmenite in flotation process were analyzed. As a result of industrial tests, the grade of ilmenite concentrate was 49.97% TiO2, the recovery rate was 87.38%. The grade 1 and 2 of zircon ore concentrate were 65.11% and 61.52% ZrO2, respectively. The recovery rate Respectively 44.16%, 27.08%, montmorillonite grade 65.56% TREO, the recovery rate of 60.45%. Compared with the original process, the recovery rate increased by 10% TiO2, 30% ZrO2 and 20% TREO, respectively. The experimental results provided a scientific basis for the process reform.
