目的探讨可吸收性多聚糖止血海绵对创伤愈合的影响。方法建立广西巴马小型猪开放创伤模型。横型猪随机分为A(可吸收性多聚糖止血海绵组),B(可吸收性明胶海绵组),C组(空白对照组)。分别于伤后1,3,5,7,14,21,28d观察创面愈合情况;取各时点创面组织行HE染色及免疫组化染色比较各组TGF-β1表达情况、伤后7d创面组织行透射电镜观察。结果伤后5~28d之间各时点,A组创面愈合率均明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05);伤后7d,A组转化生长因子(TGF)-β1在组织中的阳性表达明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。透射电镜观察A组以合成分泌旺盛型成纤维细胞为主,B组和C组以增殖型成纤维细胞为主。结论可吸收性多聚糖止血海绵具有促进创伤愈合的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of absorbable polysaccharide hemostatic sponge on wound healing. Methods Establishment of Guangxi Bama miniature pig open wound model. Horizontal pigs were randomly divided into A (absorbable polysaccharide hemostatic sponge group), B (absorbable gelatin sponge group), C group (blank control group). The wound healing was observed at 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after injury. The wound tissues at each time point were harvested for HE staining and immunohistochemistry to compare the expression of TGF-β1, Transmission electron microscope observation. Results The healing rates of wounds in group A were significantly higher than those in groups B and C at each time point between the 5 and 28 day after injury (P <0.05). On the 7th day after injury, the expression of transforming growth factor (TGF) The positive expression was significantly higher than those in group B and group C (P <0.05). Transmission electron microscopy showed that A group mainly produced exudative fibroblasts, and B and C groups mainly proliferated fibroblasts. Conclusion Absorbable polysaccharide hemostatic sponge has the effect of promoting wound healing.
