目的:观察优秀羽毛球运动员不同训练期血浆IL-2、IFN-γ和IL-4浓度以及IFN-γ/IL-4比值变化,评价运动员的免疫机能状态。方法:分别测定7名羽毛球运动员集训后期、调整期、赛前期和赛后期血浆IL-2、IFN-γ和IL-4浓度。结果:多数队员在不同时期免疫指标基本保持稳定,但个别运动员在集训后期和赛后期血浆IFN-γ浓度和IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显降低;个别运动员在赛前期或赛后期血浆IL-4浓度明显下降,IFN-γ/IL-4比值成倍增高。结论:多数队员在训练和比赛条件下能保持免疫机能的稳定,个别运动员Th1和Th2细胞因子在不同时期变化明显。提示评价运动员的免疫机能宜个体化。
Objective: To observe the changes of plasma IL-2, IFN-γ and IL-4 levels and the ratio of IFN-γ / IL-4 in different training periods of elite badminton athletes. Methods: The plasma concentrations of IL-2, IFN-γ and IL-4 in 7 badminton athletes during the training period, during the adjusting period, during the pre-match period and after the competition were measured respectively. Results: The immune parameters of most players remained stable at different periods, but the plasma IFN-γ concentration and IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio decreased significantly in individual athletes during the post-training and post-training stages. 4 concentration decreased significantly, IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio doubled. Conclusion: The majority of players maintain stable immune function under training and competition conditions. Th1 and Th2 cytokines of individual athletes vary significantly at different stages. Prompt evaluation of the immune function of athletes should be individualized.
