利用阻容振荡原理,通过参数优化,研制了一台弹性流体动压润滑(简称弹流润滑)油膜测试仪.该仪器不仅能测量全膜状态下的弹流润滑油膜厚度,也可用于分析部分膜润滑状态下的非金属时间接触率.油膜厚度的测试结果与理论计算结果基本一致.
Based on the principle of RC vibration, a flexible hydrodynamic lubrication tester (EHL) was developed by parameter optimization. The instrument can not only measure the total film state of the EHL film thickness can also be used to analyze the partial membrane lubrication of non-metallic time contact rate. The test results of oil film thickness are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
