教学理念是人们对教学是什么和教学应当是什么的一种理性认识,是人们对教学所作的事实判断和价值判断的有机统一,反映着教育工作者的教学观念和行为准则,指导着教学实践。课程改革的核心是课程实施,课程实施的基本途径是教学,所以教学改革是课程改革的应有之义。教学改革首先涉及到的一个非常重要的问题就是建立适应新课程体系需要的新的教学理念。为此,许多专家、学者纷纷撰文,对建立新的教学理念发表见解。在这里,本人也就这一问题,谈一些自己的观点和看法,愿和同行商榷。
Teaching philosophy is a kind of rational cognition that people should regard what is teaching and what should be teaching. It is an organic unity of people’s judgments on facts and judgments of value. It reflects the educational concepts and codes of conduct of educators and guides teaching practice . The core of curriculum reform is the implementation of the curriculum. The basic way of implementing the curriculum is teaching. Therefore, the teaching reform is the proper meaning of the curriculum reform. One of the most important issues involved in teaching reform first is to establish a new teaching philosophy that meets the needs of the new curriculum system. To this end, many experts and scholars have written articles on the establishment of new teaching ideas. Here, I also on this issue, talk about some of their own views and opinions, is willing to discuss with colleagues.
