自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)是控制系统频率和区域间联络线交换功率按计划运行的重要手段。频率偏差系数K对于控制系统稳定和频率恢复起着重要作用。频率偏差较小时,设置区域的最理想频率偏差系数与本区域的自然频率相等,但当区域受到较大扰动时可能不利于系统频率恢复。文中在动态系数法的基础上,综合考虑区域之间AGC配合,确定了在各种扰动发生情况下区域频率偏差系数的方法。算例分析表明,采用该方法有助于提高频率质量,减少无谓控制,改善系统的频率控制特性。
Automatic generation control (AGC) is an important means of controlling the system frequency and inter-regional tie line exchange power scheduled operation. The frequency deviation coefficient K plays an important role in the control system stability and frequency recovery. When the frequency deviation is small, the optimal frequency deviation coefficient of the set area is equal to the natural frequency of the area, but when the area is greatly disturbed, it may not be conducive to the system frequency recovery. In this paper, based on the dynamic coefficient method, the method of regional frequency deviation coefficient under various disturbances is determined by comprehensively considering the AGC cooperation between the regions. The case study shows that using this method can improve frequency quality, reduce unnecessary control and improve the frequency control characteristics of the system.
