目的评价计算机X线成像(CR)对尘肺的诊断价值。方法对进行尘肺普查的人群采用普通X线和CR两种方法拍摄胸部后前位片各一张,比较两种方法对尘肺的检出率以及拍片质量。结果两种方法尘肺检出率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种摄影方法胸片质量间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机X线成像较普通X线胸片对尘肺有更好的诊断价值,适宜临床普查时应用。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of computed radiography (CR) for pneumoconiosis. Methods The pneumoconiosis population was scanned by an X-ray and a CR method at the anteroposterior position of the chest to compare the detection rate of pneumoconiosis and film quality by the two methods. Results The difference in the detection rates of pneumoconiosis between the two methods was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was also a statistically significant difference between the two radiographic methods (P <0.05). Conclusion Computed tomography has a better diagnostic value for pneumoconiosis than the common X-ray and is suitable for clinical screening.
