【目的】评价先天性睑裂狭小综合征的手术治疗效果。【方法】对 5 0例先天性睑裂狭小综合征 ,采用改良Y V矫正联合内眦韧带缩短法矫正内眦赘皮 ,缩短内眦间距 ,3个月后二期行额肌瓣悬吊术矫正上睑下垂。【结果】经随访 6个月～5年 ,证实能达到矫正内眦赘皮 ,延长睑裂 ,缩短内眦间距和充分上提上睑的目的 ,治疗效果满意。【结论】改良Y V矫正联合内眦韧带缩短法和额肌瓣悬吊术是治疗先天性睑裂狭小综合征的效果确切、简便又安全的手术方法。
【Objective】 To evaluate the surgical treatment of congenital palpebral fissure syndrome. 【Methods】 Fifty cases of congenital blepharophimosis syndrome were treated with modified YV correction combined with shortening of the ligament of the internal lobe to correct the epicanthium and shorten the interval of the inner lobe. Ptosis. 【Results】 The follow-up of 6 months to 5 years confirmed that the correction of epicanthoplasty, prolonged blepharophimosis, shortening the distance between the epicardium and the full lifting of the upper eyelid, the therapeutic effect is satisfactory. 【Conclusion】 The improved YV correction combined with the shortening of the internal lobe ligament and the frontal muscle flap suspension is an exact, simple and safe surgical method for the treatment of congenital blepharophimosis syndrome.
