高职教育以培养高素质高技能的应用型人才为目标,旅游服务礼仪是高职院校集知识性、实践性为一体的实用性课程,是应用型技术人才培养方案中的重要组成部分。本文客观分析目前该课程教学现状及存在的问题,积极探讨课程的教学模式改革的对策,对高职教育培养高素质、应用型人才具有指导意义。 Higher vocational education aims at cultivating high-quality, high-skilled and applied talents. Tourism service etiquette is a practical course integrating knowledge and practice in higher vocational colleges. It is an important component of applied technical personnel training programs. This article objectively analyzes the current situation of the teaching of the course and its existing problems, and actively discusses the countermeasures of the reform of the teaching mode of the course, which is instructive for the cultivation of high quality and applied talents in higher vocational education.
