通过对特细砂配制低标号混凝土试验性研究,并通过对比性试验了解采用特细砂配制的低标号混凝土工作性能及和易性受到的影响。采用特细砂配制的混凝土最容易且最突出的问题是坍损快、容易泌水、用水量偏差大、混凝土容易摒住失去流动性等情况,上述情况可以通过采取有效技术手段得到相应的改善,并满足工程所需的混凝土要求,最终使特细砂以后能在低标号混凝土中具有适用性。
Through the experimental study on the preparation of low-grade concrete for special fine sand, and through the comparative test, the working performance and workability of low-grade concrete prepared by using special fine sand were studied. The most easy and the most prominent problems of concrete made with special fine sand are rapid collapse, easy bleeding, big deviation of water consumption and easy removal of concrete due to the loss of fluidity, which can be improved by adopting effective technical means , And to meet the concrete requirements of the project, eventually make the fine sand later in the low grade concrete has applicability.
